Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns cannot be accepted for:

Personalized or customized products

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement where applicable.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
